Inspire 2 not charging

Hi there

Wondering if anyone had similar problem. My son got the inspire 2 for his Christmas.  It worked fine for a month then when we went to charge it, the cable just would not connect to charge it.  They sent a replacement which arrived today but the same thing is happening. The charger like vibrates when it goes near the fitbit but it just will not connect long enough to charge.  My daughter has an inspire 2 and hers is working fine and we have also tried her charger on my son's device, it still does not work and my sons charger on her device and it works fine.  Have no idea where to go but my son is getting a bit frustrated. He is only 9
