Just got a new phone. Moto 5g. Can't connect to it. I've tried all the advice given: restarting app, restarting phone, restarting Fitbit, disconnecting, reconnecting, etc. All permissions are correct. What am I missing? Fitbit won't display as a potential device to connect to unless it's immediately after a reboot. Then I have to keep tapping it so it stays on. Still won't connect.

Thank you for providing the details regarding this difficulty with Inspire 2 and for trying to connecting it on your own.
I'm not sure if you unpair the tracker from the previous phone?
I'd suggest following the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If the issue persists, please try the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Sense first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
