Up until two weeks ago, my Inspire 2 provided heart rate zones along the routes I was running, hiking, or walking. Now, it will only tell me how many minutes I spent in each zone, but not where those zones were. So, it's tracking them, it just won't tell me where on my route they occur.
About this same time, it stopped reliably giving me reminders to get my hourly 250 steps in. For a while, I could turn it off and on again, and that would fix the problem. Now I can't get them at all. It's not on DND, it's not on clip mode, it's not on waterlock.
Are these problems related? Are they fixable?

@pinecones Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I appreciate the settings checked prior to posting. In order to provide you the appropriate troubleshooting for the graphs that aren't displaying where exactly those heart rate zones were, please attach a screenshot of what you used to see before and what you're getting now.
In regards to the reminders to move, note that you won't receive a reminder if the 250 steps have been reached during that hour. May I know if you're receiving them intermittently? In the meantime, make sure that they have been set up following this procedure.
Hope this helps.

I can't post the screenshot without it including my location (road names, mountain names, etc). On the app, under exercise, when I tap on a displayed route, it has a default, heart zone, or pace option. the heart zone option used to display the zones differentiated as colors. Now it is all grey and says "not enough heart rate data available." This happens on short 20 minute walks as well as longer 3 hour hikes. Being in or out of cellphone range doesn't seem to be a factor, either.
Regarding the move reminders, I understand that the reminder only vibrates when you need more minutes. Mine does not vibrate at all, ever. I have followed the procedure you provided. Like I said, I used to be able to kickstart it into working again by turning it off and on, but that no longer works.

@pinecones Thank you for getting back. I appreciate the detailed information shared.
In this case, I'd like you to ensure the following procedure is followed to track your activities:
Take into consideration that when an activity is tracked using MobileRun, it won't display heart rate data.
In regards to reminders to move, let's try restarting your Inspire 2, change the reminders to move to another hours or days, sync your tracker then change them back to the way you want them.
Hope this helps.

Regarding the heart rate zones, I didn't realize exercise had to be initiated from the device to get all the data. I've been using the phone as it's difficult to see the device in the sun and because of the lag between stopping and starting. That is, I can stop the exercise from my wrist, review the data, and then get in my car and drive away. When I get home, I see it's recorded several blocks to a mile of the drive home as exercise. Did I run 2 miles or 2.5 miles? Who knows? This problem doesn't occur when using the app from my phone. So i guess I can know my distance, or my heart rate zones, but not both. Physicists everywhere are nodding their heads in agreement.
Regarding the notifications to move, I was able to get them to work yesterday following the machinations above, but not today. This is very unstable tech and I'm frustrated beyond reason.

Another hour, another lack of notification. Nothing I'm doing here is working!

I am not getting hourly 250 step notifications. I just decided to set this up a few days ago. I've been fiddling with it, and not had a single notification. I'll go through the step you provided up above, and see if that works for me then report back here.
Since I set it up, in the app, it does show a dot for the hours I have walked 250+ steps, and grayed out dots where I did not walk the 250+ steps.
It knows I have a plan to do this, it simply isn't buzzing to notify me at :10 minutes before the hour.
