My messages and WhatsApp messages always came up on my fitbit inspire 2 but won't show them now since app has updated...any ideas? My phone is linked and syncs OK but just can't get messages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding notifications.

Please, before considering other options, make sure that your phone is running the most recent Fitbit app version.

In the meantime, make sure that you also followed the steps listed in this help article, in order to set up text notifications.
