Inspire 2 not holding a charge

I accidentally let my Inspire 2 die and now for some reason it will

only hold a charge for not even 4 days. Anyone else have this issue or advice on how to fix? I have only had this divide for maybe a year.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the problem that you're experiencing with your Inspire 2 device. 

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article to extend the device's battery life. In addition, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here: How do I restart my Fitbit device? This has bene useful for other users experiencing something similar.
