Inspire 2 not holding charge?

I got my Inspire 2 a month ago, right when I accidentally water-logged my other one, which lasted for 8-ish months. I expected this one to last quite some time, as the other one lasted awhile as did all my other Fitbit devices.

I noticed the battery was at 23 last night, which usually lasts me about two days. I plugged it in while I was reading anyhow, because I was going to need it today. However, even though I fully charged it and went to sleep, when I woke up it was at 4. I figured that I might of thought that I charged it but didn’t, so I plugged it in while I was showering/eating/getting ready, this time only up to 60. That lasted 6 hours before it died and needed a charge.

Directly after I got back from class, I plugged it in AGAIN, taking care to make sure the pins were aligned, that it was on the charger right, that I had the right charger, etc. I fully charged it, then went out on a bike ride, knowing full well I shouldn’t track it just in case it dies in the middle of my ride. I get back, and it’s at 20. I shower and get dressed, and it goes down to 10. I walk to the kitchen, barely 5 minutes after, and it’s at 8. As I’m writing this, it’s currently at 4, around 10 minutes after that.

Is there anything I can do? I realise that I’ll need a new one—this has happened before but with a different device—but I don’t have the money for a new one right now, and really love all the features. Is there something I can do in the meantime?

I forgot to add this, but I have already restarted it twice, which does to seem to be working.

My device totally died too and won’t restart or reboot, I hadn’t used it for a while and now it’s just totally dead
