Hi I have an inspire 2 tracker purchased June 22. It worked perfectly up until a few months ago (pre change to fitbit upgrade). I have changed nothing since then. I have an iphone 12 running IOS 17.0.3. I do not receive notification of any phone messages, although they may show up a day later in the envelope on the fitbit. When it comes to doing 250 steps every hour, I receive no notification that I am due to do them or that I have then completed them. I have no notification if I meet my daily step count. I have uninstalled both app and device from phone and restarted both several times. I have updated the fitbit, have also restarted it. It is connected to bluetooth, which has also been turned on and off. I have notifications all switched on.
I am at a total loss what to do next, as much as I want to ditch this fitbit, I can't afford too! Can anyone help advise please!

Mine was doing same thing I finally turned phone off for two minutes and back on and then it all worked.

Trying this now, I have been through all the ifti advice steps again today, its driving me mad!! I have to put my phone timer on every hour to remind me to get up and walk!!
