My Inspire will not receive messages. I have check my phone settings for DND...it's fine. Any suggestions?

@Doadie Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the settings checked prior to posting. 

 

Besides to DND, double check that Sleep mode is turned off in quick settings. Also, confirm that you have followed this procedure to set your notifications. May I know if you're receiving call notifications? or if you're getting the alert when your main goal has been achieved.

What's the DND I'm someone new and I need help with them both. Even setting up sleep mode, heart rate and things. What I'm doing wrong..
