My Inspire isn't recording my daily exercise, zone minutes or sleep. I’ve tried resetting it but have been unable to. Thanks for your help.

Hello @JenF07 and welcome to the Community.  All of those features are turned off when it is in On Clip mode.  Please make sure your Inspire 2 is set to On Wrist mode.  Press and hold both buttons for about 2 seconds to get to the Quick Settings.  Swipe up to get to the On Wrist/On Clip setting.  The buttons are very sensitive and some users say that it's too easy to put it into On Clip mode without realizing it.  In my limited use, I find that it vibrates so darn much that I don't know how it can happen by accident.
