Inspire 2 not recording heartbeat or sleep

My Inspire 2 has stopped recording heartbeat and sleep patterns. I followed all the instructions to reset and the green light that was always on, is not. Not sure what to do. I have not had this all that long and was enjoying all the different things it was recording. Can someone help?
