In the past week or so, I’ve noted several times that the Fitbit inspire 2 sleep records a wake-up time for me that is an hour too early than actual time. The other times it records seem ok, but the wake-up time is an hour short. For example, this morning I woke st 6 am and it was recorded as 5 am. I never saw this before this past week, but it is a big concern. It affects my sleep score, premium results for sleep quality, and other records. It doesn’t happen very day. It seems to be one hour off when it happens. I’ve tried changing settings, toggling on and off, choosing a different clock face…but would love an explanation of why this is happening and what to do. Thank you.

I'm also having these problems on my device and I'm on android. These are the features that made me purchase the tracker and it's a total disappointment and waste of money. I won't be renewing the premium features once the trial ends thats for sure.

Hi there, @Hefalump. Nice to see you around. @debb2022 Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your sleep data.
By the way, I've moved your post since your issue is different from the other thread. As a first approached, I'd recommend to sync your Inspire 2 to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.
Also, note that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min.
To learn more about your time asleep in sleep stages, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
Edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
Hope this helps.

Same with me. I am aware of all of the steps to troubleshoot because I’m also dealing with silent alarms that don’t work properly too. Now my sleep does not record properly, apparently I only slept for 1 hour last night which is BS. I haven’t had an accurate account of my sleep in about 3 weeks. Unless they fix this soon I can assure you this will be my last Fitbit product purchase, I am so disappointed in this product.
