Inspire 2 not registering active zone minutes

Just got the inspire 2 and the zone minutes are not registering at all. I have looked online and through the forum and haven’t found a way to make it work. Also BPM is not working although it says my resting heart rate is 60. My only thought is that I haven’t worn it enough for it to get an average? It says I need to wear it 6 more days for health metrics. Thanks for any advice or tips in advance!

Press side buttons a few seconds to get to 'Quick Settings'.  Make sure it is set for 'On Wrist' rather than 'On Clip'.

Also from home clock face, scroll up (swipe down) to 'Settings' and tap that; scroll up or down to 'Heart Rate' and make sure that is turned on.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I've only had mine a few days and mine not tracking zone min either (though I figured out how to track my exercise yesterday). I'm guessing that we have to wait until the 4-5 days are up to start tracking bpm, etc.

Are you saying that you are not getting heart rate tracked?  If so, that is why not getting zone minutes.  If not getting heart rate, re-read my answer above.

Make sure under settings it says “ on wrist” not “ clip on” and zone min as
well as heart beat should register! Good luck

My heart rate is not yet tracking. It says I have to wear it two more days.
