Inspire 2 not responding, stuck on a date 6 months old

My Fitbit inspire two is not responding to any updates, it is stuck on a date six months old and I can’t get any joy from the chat in customer service. I’ve been trying for nearly 2 hours now and no one seems to be able to help

Thank you for informing us about the issues you experienced with your Fitbit Inspire 2 and for the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed.

 

If after following the instructions provided by Customer Support you continue having difficulties with your Tracker, please let them know in order to get further assistance. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide a high level of support.
