Inspire 2 not responding to reset

Inspire 2 was working fine then the screen went blank. Tried multiple updates while charging but screen remains blank. Also tried changing the clock display via the app and screen did not display anything. The only thing that will display for a few seconds is the smily face after trying to reset. What else can I try to get it to display again?

Hi @Snowdays2 It sounds to me as if you have tried everything.  All-out can do now is to contact Fitbit Support  and see if they can help.
