Inspire 2 not showing heart rate graph

My inspire 2 (now 4 years old) is recording my heart rate correctly, but it will not display the usual plot in the app. When I log an exercise or view my sleep data, the plot showing heart rate data does not display. When I check Heart -> Today in the app, my heart rate plot shows properly, but it will not show up in the exercise or sleep timeline pages.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the Fitbit app. 

Please try to perform the following steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
