Inspire 2 not swiping

Hi there,

I have an 18 month old Inspire 2 and it’s

been glitchy for the last 8-10 months. The clock face works, and holding the side buttons brings me to water lock, but I cannot swipe up or down or navigate any quick menus. I have done more than a dozen resets and have deleted the app/re-signed in twice. Please advise.

Hello, you can fix this by changing your clock, and then changing it back when you are done. how to change the clock is > Fitbit> Profile Picture> Inspire 2> Gallery. Usually this works, however it is only a temporary solution.

Thankyou for this answer I have just had to do this on my fitbit as it was stuck on clock

This worked once for me, but then reverted to the same issue. Downloading new clock faces no longer breaks it out of it’s frozen stage when switching to a long pinch menu.
