This is the 5th time I have done a full reset on my mother-in-laws inspire 2. I have to delete and reinstall the app, turn Bluetooth on and off and restart both devices. It will work okay for a day or two then I have to repeat the process again. The app will say it cannot sync and when I go into Bluetooth settings and click on the settings icon it tells me to install the app. Please tell me there is a fix for this as it's less than a year old!

A warm welcome to the community forums @Mmyers131619 @Wasasherwood
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding this difficulty with your Inspire 2.
Thanks for letting us know about your Inspire 2. Usually that message appears when the set up or firmware update hasn't been completed. That being said, I'd recommend the following steps to reconnect your tracker to the Fitbit app:
I'd suggest follow these steps that were helpful to other users:

I have the same issue. It works a few days, and then it is somehow disconnected. I did the above mutiple times, but my inspire is still not syncing with my phone. It is not even two months old, so I hope you come up with a good solution to this issue.

Fitbit inspire 2 bluetooth is terrible. I've a few of them for the kids. If you disconnect one from the app it's impossible to add it again without doing a factory reset on the fit bit. Useless bit of garbage it is - how can the bluetooth work flawlessly when doing initial set up but if disconnect from the appt it won't reconnect - there is a bug in the software somewhere that you guys can't be bothered to go find/fix.
Useless!
