My Inspire 2 will not sync. I have tried turning off and on Bluetooth. I have tried resetting the Inspire 2. I have made sure I have the latest IOS download on my IPhone 12. I tried forgetting my Inspire device. I removed the Inspire from the Fitbit mobile app. Now it will not let me add my inspire to my Fitbit mobile app. I click add new device. I follow the instructions and the device is found. I enter the 4 digit code. Then it just says on my Inspire to Download the mobile app. I have the mobile app downloaded and have literally used it to enter the 4 digit code. It does not appear on my Bluetooth devices and is not listed on my Fitbit app as a device.
what do I need to do?
