Inspire 2 not tracking active zone minutes accuratelt

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For the past couple of weeks my inspire 2 is not accurately recording active minutes.

For instance, it used to record at least 40 active minutes for my usual cycle to work. Today it recorded just 4 minutes

Yesterday I did a 20 min workout of Squats, press ups and planks, and it recorded just two active minutes!!

It's not in clip mode and heart rate is turned on

Thank you

Tap the Zone Minutes circle on phone app to see the heart rate required to reach Fat Burn zone.  Below that heart rate, you will not get any Zone Minutes.  It is possible one day on your bike your heart rate was just over that heart rate, and another day just under.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I am also having this issue. For context, during a HIIT type of workout where I was dripping sweat and struggling to control breathing, the device measured my HR as around 80, whereas afterwards the workout and after cooling down with breath work and meditation it registered my heart rate as 110. I’m confident that I am not so fit as to be around 80 bpm at close to peak exertion… also the device is in wrist mode and it was secure against my skin and the sweat was not running in between the sensor.
