Inspire 2 not tracking brisk walk

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire 2 is not recognizing a brisk walk in excess of 30 minutes as exercise. This has been a problem since the awful update and is such a waste of time!!! If I try to manually enter, the information that eventually populates is incorrect as to calories and distance. So frustrating!!!

Hi, @Birdiegirl9 , have you double checked in the app to make sure that automatic detection of your walks is still set up?  On the new app, from the opening, Today, screen, click on the gear icon top right.  On the next screen click on “Activity and wellness” and then “Exercise”.  You will see a list of Auto recognized exercises.  Make sure that “Walk” is on the list.  I would also recommend lowering the detection time to 10 or 15 minutes to make certain that your walk is detected.  Be sure to sync your Inspire 2 when you have updated the setting.

I would also recommend giving your Fitbit a restart as this is always a first troubleshooting step whenever your Fitbit is not behaving as expected.

If there is anything we can help you with in navigating the new app, please do let us know.  There is always someone here to help.  Welcome to the forums!
