Lately my Inspire 2 has had a ridiculous amount of trouble. I have to tap the sides multiple times before the screen will turn on (it vibrates but the screen stays black and won’t show anything) and my tracking for anytime I exercise has been incredibly wrong. For example, I just biked 12 miles and when I checked my stats on the Fitbit the time recording was correct but said I had only biked 0,6 miles which makes the stats (lap time/pace) completely useless to me. The software is up to date and my watch is about 75% charged so I don’t understand what the issue is

Hello @DanielaLo
I would try restarting your Inspire 2. Restarting your Fitbit tracker does not cause you to lose any data but does help fix issues like you are describing. Here’s how: plug your Inspire 2 into its charger then press the button on the side and hold it down until you see a smiley face on the screen then released the button. You should feel the Inspire 2 vibrate indicating it has restarted.
😃 Please let me know if this helped. Keep me posted

Thanks for replying! I restarted it a few days ago and have been trying it out to see if gets any better. (I’ve restarted it a few times now and have made sure it’s fully charged and connected before I go out. The screen turns on slightly more often but still only about 50% of the time and the tracking is just so off still. I tracked with strava this time while also using my Fitbit tracking and the person I ran with used another separate tracking app and watch. On both of the other apps we used we both got slightly over 8 miles and my Fitbit only tracked 1.12 miles of that. Not sure what else to try. Open to any suggestions!

Hello again @DanielaLo
Have you tried changing the clock face on your Inspire 2? As odd as it sounds sometimes it does help. You can try changing it, keep it if you see an improvement or just sync your Inspire 2 after changing the clock face then revert to your current clock face and again sync your Fitbit tracker. You can change your clock face through the Fitbit App. Open he Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Inspire 2 , then tap clock faces and finally tap all clocks. Look through the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view. 😉 Let me know how that goes
4. Tap Select to add the clock face to Inspire.
