My inspire 2 is not tracking heart rate or active zone minutes after a recent update. I have tried restarting it, it didn't help, anyone else having issues?

I don't even have those tiles to add to my dashboard or app anymore. It took me a while to get my phone and Fitbit to sync up again/connect and when they finally did heart rate and active zone minutes disappeared. Last day that shows activity was Nov 7th.

Mine isn't either and hasn't been for the past 4 days. Still tracking steps and calories

@DiFenn @Mellygrub @Teebee067 @Melodie1973 @Delta20 when this has happened to me, it was because my Inspire 2 had somehow got set to "On Clip". That disables the heartrate sensor, so you lose sleep tracking as well.
To check this, press and hold both buttons on the sides of the device. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist". If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist" to enable heart rate detection.

@Fitbit are you not responding as you are trying to force us all to upgrade. That's how it feels when no one from the company is responding

That is not my issue. It is set as on wrist. I successfully reset it once and it worked that night but the next night it did not. I shouldn't have to reset it daily

That does not work. Tapping changes nothing as "Enable on wrist" is shaded and shown brightly is "All features are available".

Agreed - just tell us if we need to buy a new Fitbit to access those features. It would be less annoying and less likely to make me want to buy a different product.

Thanks for the tip, but that is not the issue like others have noted. It does say it is on wrist. I agree with @Melodie1973 that it feels like the Inspire 2 is no longer being supported for all features anymore, but we have not been made aware.

That's all mine tracks as well. Doesn't notify me of email or messages anymore. Don't understand why someone from Fitbit doesn't respond with helpful repair tips! Thought that was the purpose of this.

I have checked all settings, that is not the problem, but thank you for trying to help.

If I upgrade it will probably be with a different device as they are not trying to be helpful, and it was after their so called update that I started having these issues. I feel like they did something on purpose so we would have to upgrade.

If I have to upgrade it will be to a different device as they are not being helpful at all and I didn't have any issues until their so called update.
