Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had the same issue of a totally incorrect heart rate being displayed while in an intense workout. I am using the Inspire Two to track my heart rate, and calibrate how many calories I can eat per day. I acquired the Inspire Two back in early May and have been using it since. For the first month or two the heart rate was largely accurate. Obviously there was some slight inconsistencies, but that is to be expected with anything. Since roughly July, the three month mark, the heart rate tracker's accuracy has declined. At first in July I experienced a random drop of Zone Minutes even though I was working out the same amount. I then troubleshot the watch and it reverted to its previously effective state. I cleaned the sensor, restarted the device, turned heart rate tracking on and off, and adjusted the position it was on my wrist(this one yielded the most wide and inconsistent results of all the other methods). This initially worked and for the next month it was fine albeit a little less accurate. Now fast forward to today the watch has been giving me all kinds of trouble. For the last multiple weeks I have been having to wear the watch tightly to even have it somewhat accurately track my heart rate. I'm also big sweater, so I have had to wipe off sweat every ten-ish minutes to make HR function at all. Even just milder exercises have the HR on the fritz(meaning stuck at eighty bpm). This culminated today in which I had a pretty intense bball practice out in the hot sun at which I felt my heart rate reach likely close to the peak HR zone, and when I looked at my watch it had my HR fluctuating between a hundred and hundred-twenty. This is where the heart rate remains for every workout unless I babysit the device(restarting it, cleaning sweat off, and adjusting it constantly). I am quite fed up with the Inspire Two and am disappointed in what I thought prior to be an amazing device. Any help would be appreciated as I am almost at the point where I will buy a separate smart watch altogether. If there is no fix, a method to being able to manually add zone minutes would also make me stick around with Fitbit.
