Hello, I have a FitBit Insprire 2 watch which I received for Christmas in 2023 and have been using it for most of my running and walking, and has been working excellent!
However, at the beginning of this year, despite taking care of the device and not damaging it, my Inspire 2 has not been tracking mileage on the watch. When it comes to checking the FitBit app on my iPhone, it updates automatically to how many steps, zone minutes, calories burned, and miles I've walked without issue. On my Inspire 2, it only updates my steps, calories burned, and current heart rate but NOT my mileage.
I have tried various solutions, including:
1. Restarting the FitBit Inspire 2
2. Uninstalling and Reinstalling the FitBit app.
3. Unpairing and repairing the FitBit Inspire 2 device to my iPhone and the FitBit app.
4. Restarted my iPhone.
5. Changed the location settings on my iPhone
6. Deactivated the GPS settings on my Inspire 2 and reactivated them.
7. Did a Factory Reset on my FitBit Inspire 2.
8. Reached out to Chat for help.
I will provide photos of differences later today to better display the issues I am facing. Please let me know if anyone has faced similar issues regarding the Inspire 2 not tracking mileage automatically (except the app) and let me know how you've resolved this issue.
