Inspire 2 not tracking my Zone mins or BPM?

All of a sudden, my Inspire 2 is no longer tracking my zone minutes or reading my BPM? I also am not receiving the vibration 10 minutes to the next hour notification to move?

I have deleted the App from my iPhone. I have also reset my Fitbit by plugging in and squeezing the sides until I get the smiley face?

Help!

@4ccccs a feature of the Inspire 2 is that it can be worn on a clip or on your wrist. It may be that your device is in "clip" mode. In that case, the heartrate monitor will not be turned on and you wouldn't get BPM or active zone minutes. To check this, press and hold both buttons on the sides of the Inspire 2. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist", if you want see your heart rate. If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist".

Unfortunately they were not able to help me? They advised me to restart my Inspire 2 and to reset the App, all of which was done.... several times without any fix. Any other recommendations are welcome, thanks!
