Having issue with my inspire 2 since last month and previously it was doing fine. It was able to track my distance and pace and time, but after completing a walk/run, the route on the map was totally nuts... first few minutes was correct then suddenly from the map it looks as if i ran across a lake and phase through alot of houses. I have tried reinstalling the app and rebooted my phone and the inspire 2. Unfortunately nothing helps. I linked it to my strava account as well and yup on my strava same result with totally inaccurate distance even. I have location services permission for google map and fitbit and strava too. Please help.
Route on fitbit which is wrong.
Actual route.
Actual route
As you can see, fitbit shows just one straight line when the actual route is somewhat a square. Please help!

Good to see you participating for the first time in the community @Ruk.
Thanks for providing the details regarding GPS and the attempts to fix it.
First of all, I'd reccomend to check the GPS on your phone, since this tracker uses connected GPS. Devices with connected GPS use the sensors on your nearby phone to capture GPS data. Keep your phone close to your device during an activity.
If the GPS is getting disconnected during your running activity, the Inspire 2 may track different information for the the distance. Before considering other options, make sure to follow the steps suggested in this article: How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
All devices with GPS sensors require a direct path to GPS satellites to calculate location. A weak GPS signal might affect the accuracy of your route and other activity data. Your device uses your step count to calculate distance until it finds a signal, so the total distance calculated for a workout may be slightly less accurate when GPS isn't available for the entire time. In particular, please make sure of the following:

If you continue to see the same behavior and your GPS is not getting disconnected, make sure to try following the steps listed in this article to complete a restart and check if you still see the same behavior afterwards: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Thank you for the reply. Problem is my phone is still at the usual position whenever I go for a walk before this problem occur and same goes to the tracker. If it is about the route consist of alot of trees then it will be weird because my friend also did the same route with me and also using inspire 2 but able to track accurately. So I thought it might be my phone gps went wonky but whwnever I use a different app which requires GPS for example waze, it does track accurately.
