This feature has been working fine and all of a sudden a few days ago it quit tracking temperature. All other features seem to be working. App and watch are up to date, I've logged out of the app and back in, I've rebooted the phone. Nothing has changed with how tight the watch is against my skin.
Seems like I'm not the only one who's inspire 2 had some features break a few days ago.

Hmm, yeah I can confirm it's working again too. Must have been something with fitbit not processing the data correctly after they received it from the watch.

My health metric section keeps saying no data over 24 hours at first I ignored it but it keeps happening more and more. I'm not really sure why when there was data over 24 hours.

For me, the app shows that the skin temperature was last measured on 21.03.2022. Since then it also shows "No data in the last 24 hours".

I also have no measure data except heart rate. It stopped giving me body temperature data a week ago. It has never given me breathing rate, body temperature, or readiness score despite having been a premium member for over a month. As these, other than body temperature, most likely are measures derived from heart rate data, the problem may be a data analysis algorithm issue?

I bought my Fitbit two weeks ago today and I’ve worn it continuously throughout this time. I add loo don’t get skin temperature either… maybe I sleep like a corpse and it thinks I’m dead lol.
On another matter it didn’t record two days of walking exercise which it should have picked up automatically. ?

I have the same problem. However, when I click the body temperature, I found the body temperature data are still collected. I just don't understand in the health metrics why it shows "no data in past 24 hours".

Mine has the same issue. It started about 4 days ago when the fitbit wouldn't sync. I figured that out but since then the skin temp does not work.

Mine stopped tracking a few days ago as well. It was tracking just fine previously. This is obviously a larger issue. This is an newer device so there's no excuse for features to already be defective.

Mine finally works again. I deleted the app altogether and redownloaded it. Then I connected the Inspire to the charger and held the buttons until a smiley face appeared on the screen and then released the buttons. Nothing changed at first, but when I woke up this morning there was a recorded skin temp again. I doubt there’s a way to retrieve the lost days though unfortunately. Hope this helps others!

How do you set the skin temperature initially? I didn't even know that was a feature🤔

My fitbit also has stopped showing skin temp. For the past 5 days. This afternoon all health matrix data has stopped working......it seems alot of others are having the same problems. Has anyone figured out what is causing this glitch and how to fix it?
