I think I have lost confidence in the Fitbit premium app. I got the Fitbit for Christmas ( this model) to help monitor sleep. It seems to not really know when I am laying awake, or sleeping lightly. But I can accept that,?
But this time, it says I slept until 8:28. It said this at 7:15! I had been laying awake since before 6:30. I realistically got about 5 1/2 hours, having looked at the time.
Is this something that can be fixed? Is it the watch itself?
thanks

Hi there, @Sorghum. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As a first approached, I'd recommend to sync your Inspire 2 to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly. You might consider using a different sensitivity on your Fitbit: What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?
Also, note that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min. To learn more about your time asleep in sleep stages, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
Hope this helps.
