Hey Everyone,

for some reason after the last update on my inspire 2. My watch stopped tracking my sleep and auto detecting workouts. I tried resetting but it did not work. Any suggestions? I refuse to buy another one. I had the same issue with my inspire 1. Thank you!!!

Hello @Jtelfort

I know from reading through the threads that some individuals experienced a change after the latest Inspire 2 as your describing. It’s been noticed that some experienced the On Wrist mode on their Inspire 2 changed to On Clip mode during the update for some reason.

Check make sure that your Inspire 2 is not set to On Clip mode. This is because when Inspire 2 is set to On Clip, certain features are turned off, including heart-rate tracking, automatic exercise tracking, Active Zone Minutes, and Water Lock.

Your Inspire 2 should be set at On Wrist to enable the features you need. You need the heart rate enabled to see details of your sleep to include the sleep tracking.

To check the settings press and hold both buttons on the sides of the device. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. That's the setting for "On Wrist" or “On Clip". Tap on that, if you need to change it.

I hope that was all that was wrong and changing it back to the correct settings will get you back up and running.

😃 Hopefully this gives you the best answer to your current issues and resolved the problem. Please come back and let me know if it worked out for you.
