Inspire 2 not tracking sleep consistently

I have restarted the inspire 2, restarted my phone, wore it on my wrist according to the directions on the self help site. Somedays it will track it but most days it will not show detailed information. I tried chatting with someone live but they told me they could see it wasn't set to on wrist but it was and then just threw the self help directions at me. Can someone actually try to help me? I'm using the Inspire 2 with my Samsung Galaxy s21 android version 12. I swear this started when I updated the firmware. Attached is the results I've seen the last few days.

I have similar problems and would actually be thrilled to get your results. I have tried everything. The one thing that actually helped was changing the sleep mode to sensitive instead of normal. Maybe that will help.

 

Sorry I can't offer you anything better. I have been struggling with sleep scores since day one. I hope you figure out the solution. I would love to know. If I come up with anything else I'll let you know.  Good luck.

I also wish I could make progress quicker on figuring it out but since I need to sleep to check it's a slow process. I've changed it to sensitive and see if it does anything tonight. Thanks for the idea!

It's worked for two nights so far! Funny how your tip isn't listed anywhere on their site as it seems a nice and easy step to try and fix a problem many people are having.
