Hi...I've made sure in settings that it's on my wrist and that heart rate is on...I've rebooted it several times and still I'm not getting any information as stated in my title. Up until May 2nd of this year I was getting all of these...I've reached out to Fitbit with no solution. I've bought it September of last year. Could it be that I just need to get a new Fitbit already? Thanks for any insight.

Hi,
I had the same problem and it turned out my fitbit was in 'on clip' mode not 'on wrist' mode so it doesn't track heart rate.
To fix this, hold down on either side of the fitbit to open the quick settings menu, then scroll down to where it says 'on clip' and tap it so it changes to 'on wrist'.
I hope that helps!

Hi! I appreciate the info...I did indeed check this also and it is on "wrist" mode..and still it's not tracking it...It's not even tracking my steps correctly any longer. I walked the exact same route today as I did yesterday (taking into account the steps that were already tracked before leaving) and I understand it won't be exact due to other reasons, but it was almost 3k less than yesterdays exact walk. I"m just stumped...

Always double check “on wrist”. I just bought a new Inspire 2 and “thought” it was on wrist mode…went 3 days “on clip”.
I’ve asked FitBit to consider putting the wrist/clip setting as an option in the app where you select dominant vs non-dominant wrist.
If all else fails - contact support via direct chat. They are fast and can see your actual device issue! Highly recommend!
