Inspire 2 not tracking sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire 2 hasn't worked correctly since receiving it. Sleep tracking is way off, Health metrics are all blank, No readiness score, just tells me to wear my device, 0 sleep score, all sleep shows no stages.

All it shows is my heart rate and the things I physically input. I wear it 24hrs a day except when charging (and it doesn't go ten days, more like 7)

I just got off the phone with their so called support for the fourth time with the same pass the buck crap I got the first three times. My case is being passed up to the technicians and someone will email me. That's exactly what I was told last week and of course, no email. Why do they have people answer the tech support number if they're unable to do anything but lip service.

I don't know if Garmin is any better but they can't be any worse. I won't be buying a fitbit product again.

Thanks but during the support calls I've rebooted it twice and deleted and reinstalled the app with no change.

Ok. I hope you find a fitness tracker that best suits you if you haven't already.

Did you ever get anywhere with this as I have exactly the same issue. I would not recommend inspire 2 at all. Loved my very basic flex 2!! Battery went in the end.

I’m having the same problem.

Maybe try checking that your device is “on wrist” and not “on clip”. (Go to watch face-hold sides until quick settings pops up-scroll down). I just tried that and we will see if it works tomorrow morning.

I’ve discovered what I think is the problem. Mine was auto set to clip
setting.

Mine seemed to be auto set to clip. To change this you need to hold both
sides to access quick settings then scroll to end then click on clip and
change to wrist - if it doesn’t let you do this, I did a user and system
reboot and then it eventually seemed to make on wrist its auto settings.
Hoping this works. This at least is giving a heart rate so hoping it’s the
solution.

Same here. Ridiculously, the numbers Fitbit reports for various components exceed the total # of hours of sleep Fitbit provides. In other words, when you add up Awake, REM, Light and REM that total exceeds the overall sleep total.

Let me add that the "Let's Talk" option to reach Fitbit directly to chat is a joke. By which I mean you get the "wrong trail" message. I have had to reset my Inspire 2 at least four or five times to "fix" this recurring problem. Very disappointed with this aspect and may need to ditch Fitbit for another device by a different maker.

Can you make it stop turning off my sleep score when I recharge it?

Can you cancel the water lock feature?

No product should require a reboot as many times as this. It is a "lemon" from the get go. I'm tired of it turning off the functions I want just because I recharge it. I'm tired of tapping it and getting no response. I'm tired of the water lock turning itself on and then I can't turn it off. I'm just tired of a really poorly designed and manufactured product that they will not acknowledge is a complete lemon. I'm so tired I'm going back to my Inspire HR which worked perfectly fine.
