Why does the screen not wake up when I lift my wrist towards me?

Probably accidentally have 'Screen Wake'  turned off; if not might be in 'Sleep Mode', both in Quick Settings, I think via holding in side buttons a few seconds.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you, I couldn’t figure out how to find screen wake, so thank you for that, (kept going to settings).  It’s all good now!

Very helpful. Have a great day!

Should be in Settings also, maybe under Display.
