Few days ago, I had a problem with wth side touch button and I Googled the sloution and it didn't work except twice but screen was there and I can see timing and touch the screen. 2 days ago, the screen stopped working and nothing works. The charging always works and screen only shows the charging but nothing else.

And I don't know what to do?

Thanks for the inquiry regarding your Inspire 2. 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
