My inspire 2 is under a year old, I take good care of it by means of cleaning charging and updating regularly. Over the last maybe 4-5 weeks I’ve been dealing with issues. Once I plug it in to charge it’s fine, and gets up to 100 as per normal, I can even scroll through it and check the time whilst charging. The second I take it off charge though, it seems to die. Early on I could still revive it, and after tapping a few times and waiting it would appear with a smiley face on it. But now it just doesn’t turn on, I’ve tried syncing it and leaving it on charge for extended periods but nothing changes. I’m kind of upset because I really like this watch, and I havnt budgeted to buy another one within less than a year of using this one. I find myself super reliant on it, as I use the alarm system to wake myself up, and it’s helpful for keeping track of day to day. Would appreciate some counsel and hopefully solutions.

Hi @briwalker Have you tried Restarting it several times?
If that doesnt help then it sounds like it is dying. As it is under a year old it is probably overdue by warranty so contact Fitbit Support

If it is less than a year old, the warranty will help you. If it is more than a year old, Fitbit will offer 35% off which doesn't really help many with the money hurdle to buy another one and potentially have it happen again. Hope yours is less than a year! I'm choosing to not buy a fitbit again and try something else.
