I’ve had my inspire 2 for about a year now. It used to be fine but recently the notifications from my phone (iPhone se) are not notifying me on my Fitbit. When I manually go on the notification bit on my watch they are all there, but it never vibrates to tell me I have notifications anymore. I’ve tried removing all of the apps i receive notifications from in the Fitbit app and resetting them, I’ve tried resetting the Bluetooth connection and they haven’t worked.

Hi, @ska15! Do you still get notifications for hitting your daily goal/alarms/etc? If not, the vibration motor in your tracker might be no good and I would suggest contacting Fitbit. If so, I'm not sure, it sounds like you did all the major troubleshooting.
