I’ve had my Inspire 2 for about 7 months. My primary form of exercise is swimming. About a month ago it started not responding when I tried to end a swimming session. It would constantly read “water locked - double tap to continue”. If I double tapped it would go to the next screen but as soon as I pressed it, the water locked screen returned. I could only get it to work after it was completely dry and not wearing it, minutes after I finished swimming. I reset it, cleaned the sensors and buttons off with a soft cloth, and it didn’t help. I just started recording manually.
A couple of weeks ago, the heart rate monitor started acting up. I was sitting down and it read 124 bpm, which is concerning because I have tachycardia (my primary reason for getting the Fitbit) but my heart felt normal to me. I checked it against my pulse oximeter and my pulse was actually 76. Again I reset it, wiped it down, checked the fit of the band. The next couple of days it kept drifting further and further from my actual heart rate (not registering a higher HR while exercising, reading up to 140 at rest). I’m at a loss as to how to proceed.

Hi @MNM747 As it is only 7 months old it should still be covered by warranty. Contact Fitbit Support and see if they are able to help you.
