A few days ago, the protective housing of my Fitbit Inspire 2 screen broke off from its hinges. I managed to slot it back into place, but it wasn't secure and kept sliding off. Two days ago, it fell off without me noticing while I was out and about, leaving it as you see in the photo below. Though I searched for it, so far I haven't found it.
The side buttons work, and if I tap at the bottom on the screen it shows kms walked, active zone times, step counts, heart rate, but the scroll function is pretty minimal, and to be honest, is pretty erratic and inconsistent. I bought it in November 2023, so I think it is within warranty, but am not sure it would be covered and I'm unsure whether to go through the hassle of contacting Google/Fitbit directly (I'm in Australia, by the way).
This is my first time posting on this forum so I'm not sure how things work here, but does anyone have any suggestions or advice as to my next steps?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @paxiel I am sorry your screen has fallen off. You will need to contact Support - see THIS Help Article to see where to contact. You need to get on to this asap as your warranty will expire next month. I hope they are able to help you.

Hi @NellyG Thanks for your reply, and for the information you provided, I appreciate it.
However, I have looked through the Help article and can't find any contact information specific to Fitbit, only other Google devices. I have also checked Fitbit's contact numbers and there are no numbers available for Australian customers.
Do you have any idea where I might be able to go for further info?

Hi @NellyG
I clicked on the link you provided, and asked about Australian contact numbers, and it gave me a link to the following thread:
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Fitbit-support-number-from-Australia/td-p/4488678
That gave me a phone number I have tried and it seems to work - thank you so much for your efforts!
