Inspire 2 "Reminders to move" don't work at 60% battery

I've had my Inspire 2 for a short while and I've noticed over the past two weeks that when the battery is at around sixty percent, the reminders to move stop working. I do not have DND on, my reminders to move are NOT manually turned off, nor is it in sleep mode. The problem rectifies itself when it charges to full battery, but it's kind of annoying to have to recharge it to get it to work. Is there any known fix? I've tried resetting my reminders also.

As of today, it had been working fine for weeks and suddenly stopped working again at 80% battery. It seemed to start working after I plugged my fitbit in and then held down the side buttons until it went back to the watch face, but I don't understand why it suddenly stopped working today. I haven't done anything different to it besides clean it and switch wrists as the band was irritating my dominant wrist. I do not have notifications off, nor is it on sleep mode in any of my settings (on the watch or the app or the desktop). I get text message notifications but not reminders to move for some reason!

I have tried restarting it (didn't work), turning bluetooth on and off, and switching reminders to move on and off, I guess I'll see if those work...
