Inspire 2 "syncs" - shows steps but no sleep data or health metrics

I have rebooted my Fitbit.  I have unpaired and paired with my Bluetooth while no other devices are connected to Bluetooth.  I have started and restarted my phone.  I have followed the step-by-step advice in other threads.  None of it has worked.

Is this a sign that my Fitbit is dying?

My Inspire 2 has never registered anything except steps - doesn't do bpm, blood pressure or any sleep metrics. I have to manually enter any activity other than walking.

I have the same problem where it displays on the Fitbit. App, but not on the inspire 2 device itself.  I have tried everything but moving my fitbit to my google account. Have you done that ?

Mine started working again a day later without me having made any more changes. 🤷
