Inspire 2 recording anxiety as zone

My Inspire 2 keeps recording moments of deep anxiety as Zone minutes, because it makes my heart rate soar. But I am sure those minutes weren’t actually good for my heart. Is there a way to only record Zone minutes if I’m moving?

Hi! So I've been having the same issue with my inspire 2. It's a bit tedious, but you can actually go into the "Zone Minutes" and then click on the :gear: button, and go to the "Delete my Zone Minutes" (Not sure if that's the exact name, I apologize) and then it lets you delete zone minutes from a specific time and date. So with this you can find that time it records anxiety spikes, or any other situation which triggers this that isn't truly active minutes, and set it to delete the zone minutes from Time A to Time B

-Hope this helps!

@Minda78   I'm sorry, but there isn't any way to differentiate anxiety from moving from a fever or anything else that raises your heart rate.  Sorry,
