If I never sleep more than three hours does it mean watch won’t work for me

@Peterowen All Fitbit models need a minimum of three hours of sleep to give you sleep stages. It should record your sleep, since it uses a minimum of an hour to detect sleep. But you will get sleep patterns, not sleep stages.
