Inspire 2 remains blank

My Inspire 2 has a blank/dark screen. I have scoured Community and followed the various suggestions. This seems to be a known issue across devices.

I have recharged the device multiple times overnight.

I have attempted to restart the device. This has not worked. The screen remains blank/black/dark. I’ve held the side button for up to several minutes without success. I can barely see the smiley face but the screen goes dark/blank.

I have run through Bluetooth settings etc.

I have disconnected the Inspire fm my phone and attempted to re-pair them. My phone recognizes the Fitbit when I attempt to re-pair but I’m asked for a 4 digit code which should appear on my Inspire … but I can’t see the screen because it is blank.

I spoke with Fitbit support and am awaiting their email reply but it's been awhile.

Thoughts?
