Ive already contacted support twice and followed all the troubleshooting steps they have recommended. I've done them multiple times and it'll work temporarily but then the device disconnects again. The device itself still tracks all my information but it will not stay connected to Bluetooth or sync with the app.
If I fight with it for a long time I'll eventually get it to connect and sync but it is temporary and doesn't last long. At this point it has become a huge ordeal to use the Inspire 2 and I don't know what to do. Other than checking my steps, it has become almost useless. I went to the gym tonight and it said I only burned 30 calories when I did 30 min on the elliptical. That is drastically inaccurate. And it also is not tracking my heart rate on the app. Only on the device (even if I manage to sync it for a short time).
I'm tired of following the troubleshooting steps over and over. It's not a long term solution and I'm growing increasingly frustrated. I just got this Fitbit in May 2022. Why am I having so many problems already?

I'm so sorry to hear this. In having the exact same problems, but my fit bit is a lot older. I'm hoping to try to remove the device and then reconnect it. It us very frustrating! I hope someone can come up with a solution. I wonder if maybe my problem might be my phone?
