Has anyone tried to swap the strap for a mesh one from the website 

 

it’s impossible - managed to get one side but not the other . Why  have they made it so difficult to change a strap 

 

I’m not impressed and feel like throwing the whole tracker in the bin 

 

no wonder they haven’t asked for feedback on the purchase
