Inspire 2's silent alarm goes off twice

I've set my silent alarm for 6 am every day, but I don't want it to go off again after a couple of minutes.  Is there any way to disable this?

Hi @SunsetRunner! If you press both buttons on the sides of the Inspire 2 when the alarm goes off the first time, that will dismiss the alarm so it won't go off a second time.

It sounds like you are not dismissing the alarm, and getting the snooze alarm 9 minutes later.

that's what I do (the side pinch motion) and it still goes off twice. I guess ill try swiping/ tapping and see if any of those work but I always pinch and it always goes off 9 min later
