Did anyone go through an issue like the Fitbit app shows " No Internet Connection" while trying to change watch faces or clock design, or the app on it?. Much appreciated if anyone could help me out. Thank you!

Thank you for providing the details regarding this difficulty with your Inspire 2.
I'd like to suggest you turn off your WiFi and try syncing with cellular data. Also, make sure no child blocks or VPNs are on your WiFi, as they can mess things up.
If you don't have any of those enabled, turn WiFi on again and pull down the screen on your phone several times to force a sync with WiFi.
