Can you please state the fix so others can view it? The website section to get customer service support didnt respond when i was selecting the buttons for what device im seeking help with. I, like many, am experiencing the blank screen issue

After trying all possible suggested fixes, no result and screen stays black. Likely defective tracker. Support offered me DHL no feel return and swap.

Before considering other options, please make sure that the device is charging correctly. To see tips about how to charge your device correctly check up this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Once your device is fully charged, please try to perform a restart as suggested here.
In addition, try to sync the device. If you find some trouble to sync, see this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Besides that, please change your clock face as indicated in this article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi, thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, the issue hasnt corrected. Are there other avenues? Or the potential to have it fixed or replaced at a discount?

Can you please provide the information to return the priduct for
refurbishment. Ive had it for less then 2 years. The links on the my
consumer rights and refurbishments for Australia do not lead to deatils on
actually obtaining the refurbishment. The links just take me to irrelevant
pages on the website. Kind regards
