Hi, I followed instructions on other threads but it hasn't worked - I've tried resetting it by squeezing the sides for 10 seconds while plugged into charge until the smiley face comes on, but the screen still stays black - I've done this at least 15 times now. The fitbit is fully charged - it's definitely not a battery issue. I disconnected my bluetooth and removed the fitbit from my account, but now I can't sync the fitbit back with my account because I can't see the 4 digits that come up that you need to enter in order to sync.
Because I can't sync with my account, I can't try the change clock face method to try and get it working! Can you please help? This issue only came up after I did the software update.
