Inspire 2 screen came black

Hi,

From today, the screen of my inspire 2 does not wake up anymore on tap, or side panel press.

It seems to work fine except the screen as:

- it vibrates if I press the side panels

- synchronization with app is ok

- heart rate measurement is fine

I tried:

- to reboot multiple times with long press during charging, the smile face is displayed, but the screen switches back to black after a while.

- to change the clock face from the app, the progress bar is displayed on the inspire screen but it switches back to black after completion.

Is there any way to perform a factory reset, or something else to unblock ?

My inspire 2 is doing this exact thing too, everything seems to work except black screen

Tried everything to reboot it but no luck

any help?

Same thing happened to me two weeks ago.  I kept wearing, charging and resetting and changing clock faces and I finally got it to work yesterday.

Don't give up trying as long as you see the faces, the green lights are on and it still gives you the results on the app.
